C&C Air, Heat, Plumbing & Electric’s February 2026 plan sheet prices HVAC coverage by equipment combination. Its Starter annual prices run from $263.88 for one air-conditioning system or one furnace to $491.88 for tankless, combi, or modcon equipment. The Basic plan lists $407.88 for AC with a furnace or heat pump and $539.88 for AC with tankless/combi/modcon. The Plus plan runs from $659.88 to $779.88 for those same combinations. C&C identifies its address as 752 NJ-36, Belford, New Jersey. Read the dated plan sheet.

Match the equipment line

Starter covers one annual service or inspection. Basic adds annual heating and cooling maintenance, weekday service, and repair discounts. Plus adds priority service, larger diagnostic discounts, and broader repair savings. The sheet lists AC with furnace, AC with boiler, AC with heat pump, and AC with tankless/combi/modcon as separate combinations. Ductless equipment carries add-on pricing, so a multi-head system should not be compared with the single-system prices.

C&C’s heating-maintenance page describes the practical distinction: its Basic plan includes annual heating and cooling maintenance, 24-hour priority service, 50% off diagnostic fees, and 15% repair savings; Plus lists 12-hour priority, 100% diagnostic-fee coverage, and 20% repair savings. See the service description. The PDF says most filters and humidifier services are included, while PCO kits and steam-humidifier canisters are add-ons.

A price test before enrollment

For a home with AC and a furnace, do not treat the Starter $263.88 line as the same scope as Basic $407.88: the sheet describes Starter as one system, while the Basic example covers AC with a furnace or heat pump. The $144.00 difference is therefore a change in both tier and equipment coverage. For the same AC-with-furnace scope, the listed Plus-to-Basic increment is $659.88 - $407.88 = $252.00. The higher tier only makes financial sense if its extra diagnostic discount, response window, and repair discount fit your expected use; the price sheet does not promise a repair-free year or guaranteed savings.

C&C says it can decline a new agreement at the first maintenance call, and its checklist says refrigerant is checked only for systems with a prior leak history or malfunction that could be due to low refrigerant. Ask whether your equipment is accepted, which tier applies to each system, and what the first visit includes. This is a Belford-area provider menu, not a New Jersey market average.
