Phoenix Standard vs. Deep Cleaning Cost: Published Flat Rates

Desert First Cleaning lists $390 standard and $540 deep-clean prices for a 3-bedroom, 2-bath Phoenix-area home.

By How we research prices

Desert First Cleaning publishes flat booking prices for Phoenix-area homes. For a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2,200-square-foot home, the listed one-time standard clean is $390 and deep clean is $540. Read the provider’s pricing page.

The deep-clean premium is $150 ($540 − $390), or about 38.5% of the standard price ($150 ÷ $390). The provider also lists weekly recurring standard service at $312 and biweekly at $331.50 for the same example, so frequency and service depth are separate choices.

Choose standard for an already maintained home. Choose deep cleaning when the added scope—such as detailed surfaces and neglected areas—matches the condition. Do not use the $390/$540 examples for a different square footage or bathroom count; the provider’s formula changes with home details.

The rates were checked September 8, 2026 and are provider-published booking examples, not a Phoenix market average. Confirm the exact address, home condition, supplies, and any add-ons before booking.

The choice should follow the home’s starting condition. Desert First describes its standard option as a recurring or one-time maintenance clean, while the deep option adds more detailed work. Ask the provider to identify whether inside appliances, baseboards, blinds, or neglected buildup are included; the page’s formula is built from home details rather than a universal hourly meter.

The published formula explains the $390 base: $130 per job, $60 for three bedrooms, $60 for two bathrooms, $25 for one kitchen, $15 for one living room and a $100 square-footage adjustment. A different room count changes the base before the $150 deep-clean premium. Recurring discounts apply to that base; the service premium is then added, so do not discount the entire deep-clean total by 20%.

Desert First’s deep-clean service page spells out the trigger: it adds 16 tasks to the standard checklist, including baseboards, vents, ceiling fans, and appliance interiors, and is positioned for first cleans or post-remodel dust. Read the deep-clean scope before choosing the $150 premium.
