Houston Apartment Cleaning Cost: Flat Rates by Bedroom Count

Hyper Clean TX lists $119 for a studio/one-bed, $139 for a two-bed/one-bath, and $159 for a three-bed apartment clean.

Hyper Clean TX publishes flat apartment-cleaning rates for Houston: $119 for a studio or one bedroom, $139 for a two-bedroom/one-bath, $149 for a two-bedroom/two-bath, $159 for a three-bedroom/two-bath, and $189 for a four-bedroom apartment. Read the provider’s rate table.

The second bathroom adds $10 in the two-bedroom example ($149 − $139). A three-bedroom/two-bath is $10 above the two-bedroom/two-bath ($159 − $149). A deep-clean add-on is $65 for a studio/one-bedroom, $95 for a two- or three-bedroom, and $130 for four bedrooms or more.

Choose by bedroom and bathroom count, then add deep cleaning only if the condition requires the additional scope. The provider separately lists house pricing, so do not apply apartment rates to a detached home.

These are Hyper Clean TX’s published prices checked September 8, 2026, not a Houston-wide average. Confirm the address, access, condition, and whether the requested service is apartment or house cleaning.

A two-bedroom/two-bath apartment with the $95 deep-clean add-on comes to $244 ($149 + $95) before other adjustments. The same service page has an inconsistency for smaller apartments: its studio/one-bedroom table says a $65 deep add-on, while the FAQ says “starts at $55.” Obtain confirmation for that category rather than silently choosing the lower amount. The $95 two-bedroom example does not depend on that conflicting line.

Ask whether the apartment has elevator or parking limits and whether the provider’s listed time range changes with condition. Do not use the apartment table for a detached house; Hyper Clean publishes a separate house table.

Hyper Clean’s service page describes the apartment scope as appliance exteriors, counters, floors, bathrooms, and reachable surfaces, while inside appliances and grout belong to the deep tier. Read the provider’s service details before deciding whether the $95 deep add-on addresses the condition that prompted the booking.
